Osteopathic Practitioner in Vancouver
Personalized osteopathy care for pain relief & mobility

“Movement is life”
First expressed by Leonardo da Vinci and later embraced by osteopathy pioneers Andrew Taylor Still and Rollin Becker, this principle guides my practice every day.
Through gentle, hands-on osteopathic treatment, I help restore natural movement so the body can reconnect, rebalance, and recover its own rhythm.
Care. Balance. Connection.
A holistic path to well-being.
Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy that works with the joints, muscles, fascia, digestive system, and craniosacral structures to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural balance.

My osteopathic care approach
A personalized consultation focused on understanding your body
Each osteopathy session begins with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, lifestyle, health history, and daily habits. This first step allows me to understand how your body adapts to tension and what may be contributing to your discomfort.
Through targeted assessment and gentle palpatory evaluation, I identify the root cause of mobility restrictions and create a treatment adapted specifically to your needs.
Gentle and precise manual techniques
Treatment combines several osteopathic approaches depending on your condition and comfort level. These may include joint mobilization techniques, myofascial and fascia release, craniosacral osteopathy, biodynamic osteopathy, and when appropriate, somato-emotional support techniques.
Each intervention respects the body’s natural rhythm and capacity for self-regulation.
Helping you understand your body
Before the end of each session, I take time to explain what I observe during treatment and how your body responds. Understanding your symptoms helps you stay engaged in your recovery and improves long-term results.
My goal is not only to relieve pain, but to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body’s balance.
I felt real relief after just a few sessions.
Warm and professional care.
